∙ Defined the new information architecture for the app (doubling down on the VAS strategy)

∙ Conducting research & designing for search world wide.
∙ This includes how products are displayed in search results and actions that stem from ASIN cards, like post adding to cart or selecting a variation.
∙ Defining the north star for Amazon search along with filters, widgets, brand and product type shopping pages.
∙ Designed features like a smart shelf which resulted in $60M+ win.
∙ Working in Automotive projects which include: Part & Product finders in search & detail page, which doubled the conversion rate.
∙ EV home charger installation flow (pre & post quote experience).
∙ Establishing a design process to improve our team’s ops.
∙ Partner with central teams in Seattle, Madrid and Luxembourg to create meaningful shopping experiences.

∙ Created a revolutionary system with the Studio Lead,
called “E.M.S.”. It uses over 85 parameters to unify
several expert reviews into a grade.

∙ This system has a patent pending and was given the A.C.E.
award for its ability to measure the design of digital experiences.

∙ Lead a small team of designers in enterprise projects
(e-learning & collaboration tools).

∙ Worked with the consulting team for a major NBFC in India.
∙ Built business-facing applications to streamline
internal communication and empower their on-field workforce.

∙ Created concepts for their customer-facing mobile apps,
that would demystify the entire home-loan journey.

Company  FJORD – Accenture Interactive (Milan, ITALY)
